OUR TEAM
Sherae Mulligan, MA, LPCC
Hi, I’m Sherae, and I’m a therapist based in Northern Colorado.
My life experiences are woven with threads of grief and joy, as I too, have walked a path of healing and coming home to myself. There have been times when facing my experiences felt overwhelming and vulnerable, yet the steady, compassionate presence of empathetic witnesses have helped me engage in my own healing and have shaped my work with clients, guiding me to approach each story with curiosity, compassion, and hope.
With over a decade of experience working with diverse youth in foster care and those facing challenging life circumstances, I have witnessed firsthand the resilience of the human spirit. My volunteer work with organizations supporting survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking, alongside my involvement in women’s ministries dedicated to healing and uplifting those on the fringes of faith communities, has deepened my sensitivity and understanding of trauma’s impacts. I aim to bring this empathy and insight into our therapeutic relationship.
Originally from Washington State, I made the move to Colorado, where I’ve embraced the joy of sunny days. In my free time, I cherish moments with my husband, our son, and our friends. I also love exploring the outdoors, discovering new restaurants, and immersing myself in good books.
I look forward to the opportunity to meet you!

Shelby Reich, Intern
Shelby will be joining Congruency Counseling in late August as our first intern! We are so excited to have her and her passion for the field of counseling.
I was born and raised on the Western Slope of Colorado. I have been on the Front Range since 2018. I am married and have three boys that keep me busy. I spend a lot of time running them to practices and games year-round. I love being a sports mom. When we aren’t on the field, we spend as much time as we can outside fishing or camping. My favorite activity, when I have time to myself, is taking my paddleboard to the lake and enjoying the beauty of Colorado.
I am currently a student at Colorado Christian University in the Clinical Mental Health program.
I was a stay-at-home mom for many years and decided once my youngest was in school it was time for me to pursue what I had felt called to since I was young. I graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in 2025 with a bachelor’s in psychology and a minor in sociology and continued to fulfill that calling.
As I continue to grow into a licensed counselor, I have become passionate about creating a space for others to learn about themselves and grow into who they are called to be. I have been through many life challenges that have brought me deep empathy and understanding. I would be honored to be part of your journey.

Katherine Follett Boelé, MA, LPCC
I am a CO native who currently lives in Longmont with my husband and 4 boys. In my free time, I love to explore the world through running and was a Division-1 cross country and track and field athlete for University of Washington. After college, I lived in Seattle and ran professionally for over a decade. The obstacles I’ve encountered forced me to grow, be creative, and push the limits of what I thought I was capable of.
As a former professional athlete, I understand that having support and the right tools to solve the problem in front of you are necessary parts of overcoming life’s challenges. If you've ever felt stuck due to self-doubt, anxiety, inconsistent performance or pursuing your goals has lost its joy, I'm here to help. Almost every athlete I know, including myself, has had to contend with these obstacles at one point or another. I now help athletes develop practical mental skills to compete with confidence, focus under pressure, and connect with their purpose. Evaluating and learning new ways to deal with what’s presented isn't just a skill needed in sport, it's a valuable tool for life as well.
Although I love working with athletes, I am open to working with all ages, issues and concerns. Walking with others through life’s challenges and witnessing their growth and resilience is what I am most passionate about. I would love to support you in developing effective and healthy skills to overcome whatever obstacle you are facing.
My focus in therapy is to help you explore the relationships, beliefs and daily realities that are impacting your actions and choices with curiosity. I believe that self-awareness is the first step towards accepting all the different parts of yourself with compassion, understanding what you need, and exploring where you can make steps toward change. I like to integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Christian Counseling as well as other evidenced based practices to explore your core values and beliefs and how this impacts the story you are living.
Throughout major life transitions including divorce, remarriage, building a blended family, having children, and entering a new career field, my faith has been a foundational guiding light through it all. If you would like to incorporate your faith into the therapeutic process and utilize the strengths this can bring, I would be honored to come alongside you. I look forward to meeting you!
